British model Adwoa Aboah has been announced as the British Fashion Council's Positive Fashion ambassador, as part of the organisation's Positive Fashion Initiative.

The initiative, in collaboration with Dame Vivienne Westwood and The Mayor of London, aims to encourage fashion brands and businesses to switch to a green energy supplier by 2020 to ensure a safer and greener future. Westwood commented 'People ask, "what can I do to help save the environment?". In all my time as an activist, I’ve never had a satisfactory answer. Now we know: SWITCH to a green energy supplier'.
